(CONTRACT / REMOTE)

 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

 Compensation: $30/hour + Incentive Plan

 Reports To: Angela Newhouse

ABOUT THE ROLE

Tech Consulting is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the

organization. This is a fully remote contract opportunity ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment,

enjoys building pipelines, and takes pride in helping teams hire top talent quickly and effectively.

The Internal Recruiter will manage recruiting activity from sourcing through offer stage while partnering closely with

leadership and hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct

outreach

- Screen applicants to assess qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit

- Manage active candidate pipelines across multiple open positions

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring leaders

- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity notes within the ATS

- Provide timely communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process

- Partner with leadership to prioritize urgent openings and hiring goals

- Support offer processes and onboarding handoff as needed

- Meet hiring goals and recruiting activity expectationsPREFERRED BACKGROUND

- Prior recruiting experience required; technical recruiting experience strongly preferred

- Experience recruiting in staffing, consulting, or high-volume environments is a plus

- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills

- Comfortable managing multiple openings simultaneously

- Excellent communication, urgency, and follow-through

- Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment

- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools

COMPENSATION

- $30/hour

- Additional earnings through recruiter incentive plan
