We are growing our US Sales Pod and are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new client acquisition, build relationships with prospective partners, and generate opportunities for our delivery consulting teams.
This role is full-time and onsite at our Atlanta corporate office and is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who enjoys outbound business development, relationship building, and growing new accounts.
Position Overview
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying new client opportunities while supporting the sales process through opportunity development and client relationship management.
This role focuses on outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and developing new client relationships with companies that require technology consulting talent. The BDR works closely with the broader sales and recruiting teams to move qualified opportunities through the pipeline and into successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new clients through outbound outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers in companies hiring technology talent.
- Develop relationships with potential clients including:
- Direct employers
- Implementation partners
- Consulting firms
- Technology organizations with active project needs.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Qualify new business opportunities and document all activity within the company's CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and sales activity.
- Support the full opportunity lifecycle, including handoff to delivery and recruiting teams.
Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to align client needs with available consulting talent.
- Assist in positioning the company’s consulting services and value proposition.
- Support margin and pricing guidelines consistent with the company's sales governance standards.
Market Development
- Research companies, projects, and hiring trends in the technology consulting market.
- Maintain awareness of industry demand for technology roles and emerging client needs.
- Contribute insights to improve outbound strategies and market positioning.
Qualifications
Required
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA
Preferred
- Experience in staffing, consulting, or technology services
- Experience selling to IT, engineering, or digital transformation teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho or similar platforms
